Sociedad Comercial del Plata (BCBA:COME.BA), an Argentina-based real estate company, denied the rumors announcing its plans to go public on the New York Stock Exchange, as published by newspaper Cronista on 29 May 2015. In addition, the company announced that after closing its debt restructuring process valued at USD 800m, it is now considering asset acquisitions in Argentina, to integrate them in its portfolio of companies in the country.

Sociedad Comercial del Plata (BCBA:COME.BA), empresa argentina dedicada a la gestión de inversiones societarias, ha desmentido ciertos rumores del mercado que apuntaban al inicio de la cotización de la sociedad en la bolsa de Nueva York, según ha publicado Cronista en un artículo del 29 de mayo de 2015. Además de este anuncio, la compañía ha comentado que, tras cerrar un proceso de reestructuración de una deuda que llegó a USD 800m, están estudiando adquirir nuevos activos para incorporar al portfolio de empresas bajo su control en Argentina. |
