Empresa de Energía de Bogotá (EEB) (BVC:EEB), a Colombia-based gas and energy production and transportation company, announced the second auction of the shares it holds in Isagén (BVC:ISAGEN) was deserted, announced EEB in a filing published by regulator Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia on 28 July 2016. Specifically, EEB auctioned its 2.52% stake in Isagén. With the sale, the company plans to finance the transmission projects in the center of Colombia. The first auction, launched in mid-April, was also deserted (see related intel).

Empresa de Energía de Bogotá (EEB) (BVC:EEB), dedicada a la producción y transporte de gas y otras energías, ha anunciado que la segunda subasta de sus acciones en Isagén (BVC:ISAGEN) ha quedado desierta, ha anunciado EEB en un hecho relevante remitido a la Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia el 28 de julio de 2016. En concreto, EEB está subastando su participación de 2.52% del capital social. Con esta venta, la compañía pretende financiar los proyectos de transmisión en el centro del país. La primera subasta, que fue lanzada a mediados de abril, también quedó desierta (ver intels relacionados). |
