Scotiabank Jamaica (JSE:SGJ), a Kingston-based financial institution, announced the resignation of Shirley Ramsaran as CFO (Chief Financial Officer) and of Shaun Lawson Freeman as assistant company secretary, in a filing published by the Jamaica Stock Exchange on 23 August 2016. Specifically, the resignations will become effective on 31 August. Until the appointment of a new CFO, Regional CFO Frederick Williams will be in charge of the institution's finance department.

En concreto, las renuncias serán efectivas el 31 de agosto. Hasta la designación de un nuevo CFO, Frederick Williams, CFO regional, estará a cargo del departamento de finanzas de la entidad. |
