This portfolio is named Cartera Palmela. The loans in this portfolio collateral has rented dwellings located mostly in Madrid. Among some of the possible buyers are: US-based private equity firm Blackstone and TPG Capital, as well as Spain-based Azora.

Los préstamos de esta cartera tienen en garantía viviendas alquiladas, ubicadas principalmente en Madrid. Entre los posibles compradores destacan las firmas de private equity estadounidenses Blackstone y TPG Capital; así como la española Azora. |
