Once Spain-based Sanitas, a subsidiary of British group Bupa, acquires an insurance company in Chile and finalizes the acquisition of another insurance company in Brazil, for EUR 200m, the company plans a third acquisition in Mexico. This transaction will be closed in the near future, said Iñaki Ereño, CEO of Sanitas. The group already controls a company in Mexico with 100,000 policyholders.

Después de que la empresa española Sanitas, filial del grupo británico Bupa, adquiriera una aseguradora en Chile y ultimara la compra de otra aseguradora en Brasil por EUR 200m, la compañía prevé realizar una tercera adquisición en México. Esta operación se cerrará más adelante, según ha comunicado Iñaki Ereño, consejero delegado de Sanitas. En el país mexicano, el grupo cuenta con una compañía de 100.000 asegurados. |
