Portugal-based SDC - Investimentos (Euronext Lisboa:SCOAE), an investment management company that specializes in construction, infrastructure and real estate, announced its plans to exit the Brazilian market, as published by Expresso on 10 September 2015, citing official sources whose names were not disclosed. The comapny could be negotiating this sale of two divisions, which could be close to conclusion (construction of a cement plant and treatment plant). SDC, besides leaving Brazil will focus on Africa.

A empresa portuguesa SDC - Investimentos (Euronext Lisboa:SCOAE), que é sociedade gestora de participações e investimentos, com interesses na área de negócios de construção e especializada nas áreas de concessões de infraestruturas e imobiliário, anunciou sua retirada do mercado brasileiro, segundo publicou o Expresso em 10 de setembro de 2015, citando uma fonte oficial cujo nome não foi divulgado. A empresa estaria negociando a venda da sua operação brasileira, com duas empreitadas em fase de conclusão (a construção de uma cimenteira e uma estação de tratamento). A portuguesa além de sair do Brasil vai se focar no África. |
