Switzerland-based pharmaceutical group Roche (SIX Swiss Exchange: ROG) has put up for sale its plant in Leganés, Madrid, for an undisclosed amount, as published by the company through a press release on 12 November 2015. This transaction is part of Roche's restructuring strategy of its production of small molecules. Besides Leganés plant, the company is looking for a buyer to acquire facilities in Clarecastle (Ireland), Segrate (Italy), and Florence (United States).

El grupo farmaceútico suizo Roche (SIX Swiss Exchange: ROG) ha puesto a la venta su planta de Leganés, Madrid, por una cantidad desconocida, según ha señalado la propia compañía en una nota de prensa del 12 de noviembre de 2015. La operación se enmarcaría en la estrategia de reestructuración de la producción de moléculas pequeñas de Roche. A este respecto, además de la planta de Leganés, la compañía está buscando comprador para las instalaciones de Clarecastle (Irlanda), Segrate (Italia), y Florence (Estados Unidos). |
