Resource Capital Funds, firma de private equity con sede en Estados Unidos, ha manifestado el interés de invertir en el sector minero de Bolivia, según ha informado América Economía el 4 de agosto de 2016, citando al director para Latinoamérica del grupo Resource Capital Funds, Martín Valdés.

En concreto, el ministro de Minería de Bolivia, César Navarro, se ha reunido con Valdés con el objetivo de analizar oportunidades de inversión en el país, así como lo han realizado anteriormente en Brasil, Perú y Chile.

La firma espera realizar la inversión directamente en activos y a empresas del Estado, con periodos de inversión entre cinco y ocho años.
