Regional Government of Madeira will sell three buildings, as published by newspaper Económico on 29 June 2016, citing the Director of Regional Department of Heritage and Shared Services Management (DRPGSP), Helder Fernandes. These buildings could include the emblematic Golden Gate cafe, in Funchal. Hélder Fernandes expects the process to receive several investors. The Government promoted the first of four public auctions to sell the public buildings in the region. (see related transaction). It is estimated this deal will generate EUR 0.833m, with the sale of the four buildings, taking into account that the first building is already sold.

O Governo Regional da Madeira vai alienar três imóveis, segundo publicou o Económico no dia 29 de junho de 2016, citando o Director da Direcção Regional do Patrimônio e de Gestão dos Serviços Partilhados (DRPGSP), Hélder Fernandes. Entre os edifício estaria o emblemático café Golden Gate, no Funchal, num processo que Hélder Fernandes tem expectativas que venha a ser muito concorrido. O Governo já promoveu a primeira de quatro hastas públicas para vender imóveis do domínio público da região (ver transação relacionada). A perspectiva é arrecadar EUR 0,883m com a concretização dos quatro imóveis, levando em conta o primeiro imóvel já vendido. |
