REN - Redes Energéticas Nacionais announced its intention to enter the Chilean market and participate in the next auctions in the country, as published by newspaper Diario Financiero on 18 January 2016. According to REN's director of business development, Hugo Domingos, the company would want a partner with local knowledge, but it would have to be REN operating as the owner of the infrastructure. In the short term, REN could materialize the first investments in Latin America.

La portuguesa REN - Redes Energéticas Nacionais ha manifestado su intención de operar en Chile, y participaría en las próximas licitaciones del país, según ha publicado el periódico Diario Financiero el 18 de enero de 2016. Según ha señalado el director de desarrollo de negocios de la firma, Hugo Domingos, REN - Redes Energéticas Nacionais querría contar con un socio que conozca el mercado local pero que sea la empresa portuguesa la que opere como dueña de la infraestructura. A corto plazo REN - Redes Energéticas Nacionais podría concretar las primeras inversiones en el país latinoamericano.

A REN Português - Redes Energéticas Nacionais manifestou a sua intenção de operar no Chile, e vai participar dos próximos leilões do país, segundo publicou o jornal Diario Financiero no dia 18 janeiro de 2016, citando ao Diretor de Desenvolvimento de Negócios da empresa, Hugo Domingos. Segundo a notícia, a REN - Redes Energéticas Nacionais quer ter um parceiro que conheça o mercado local, mas será a empresa portuguesa que atuará como proprietária da infraestrutura. A REN - Redes Energéticas Nacionais pretende concretizar os primeiros investimentos no Chile à curto prazo. |
