PriceTravel, a Mexico-based online travel agency, announced its intention to acquire two companies in the tourism sector abroad, throughout 2015, and plans to invest USD 20m. According to Roberto Terrazas, director of private equity firm Nexxus Capital, which acquired a 30% stake in Price Travel in 2012, the objective is to ensure expansion and growth of the company leveraging its technology platform and relationships with global suppliers.

Price Travel, compañía mexicana de viajes online, ha anunciado su intención de adquirir dos empresas del sector en el extranjero a lo largo de 2015, para lo cual cuenta con USD 20m para invertir. Según Roberto Terrazas, director de Nexxus Capital, firma de private equity que adquirió el 30% de la firma mexicana en 2012, el objetivo de esta inversión es garantizar la expansión y el crecimiento de la compañía aprovechando su plataforma tecnológica y las relaciones con sus proveedores globales. |
