The Porto City Council will sell the Abrigo dos Pequeninos shelter building for approximately EUR 1.4m, reported Jornal de Negócios on 13 September 2016, citing the mayor, Rui Moreira. The Municipal Assembly of Porto approved on monday night the old Abrigo dos Pequeninos shelter sale, by EUR 1.4m and the buyer will have to recover it and then rent it to the City Council for 20 years. The Abrigo dos Pequeninos shelter, near Fontainhas, in the East area, was founded in April 1935, to host needy children and closed in July 2013.

A Câmara do Porto vai alienar o edifício Abrigo dos Pequeninos por aproximadamente EUR 1,4m, segundo publicou o Jornal de Negócios no dia 13 de setembro de 2016, citando o Presidente da Câmara, Rui Moreira. Segundo a notícia, a Assembleia Municipal do Porto aprovou na segunda-feira à noite a venda do antigo Abrigo dos Pequeninos por EUR 1,4m, sendo que o comprador terá de o recuperar e depois arrendar à Câmara durante 20 anos. O Abrigo dos Pequeninos, perto das Fontainhas, na zona oriental, foi fundado em Abril de 1935 para acolher crianças carenciadas e fechou em Julho de 2013. |
