Petrobras (BVMF:PTR3, PETR4, PBRA; BMAD:XPBR, XPBRA; NYSE:PBR, PBRA), Brazil's state-run oil company, would have hired Itaú BBA to advise the sale of 45,9% stakes in Guarani, reported Bloomberg on 20 October, 2016. According to it, the France-based Tereos, that holds Guarani, is being advised by Banco do Brasil (BVMF:BBAS3). The sale agreement must be completed in the end of 2016.

Segundo a notícia, a francesa Tereos, controladora da Guarani, estaria sendo assessorada pelo Banco do Brasil (BVMF:BBAS3). O acordo de venda da participação deve ser fechado ainda em 2016. |
