Peru begins talks with several countries to reach Free Trade Agreements

A Peruvian delegation began talks to draw up a Free Trade Agreement (FTA) with India, as well as Turkey and Indonesia, reported La República on 20 August, 2015, citing a press release from the minister of foreign trade and tourism (Mincetur), Magalí Silva. The Mincetur is also jointly analyzing a FTA with Indonesia. It is in talks to reach a trade memorandum of understanding with the Eurasian Economic Commission, comprised of Russia, Byelorussia, Kazakhstan, and Armenia.

Una delegación peruana ha iniciado negociaciones para elaborar un Tratado de Libre Comercio (TLC) con India, así como también se negocia con Turquía e Indonesia, ha informado la ministra de Comercio Exterior y Turismo, Magali Silva, en un comunicado del que se ha hecho eco el diario La República el 20 de agosto de 2015. El Mincetur avanza también en el estudio conjunto para el Tratado de Libre Comercio con Indonesia que están en negociaciones para un memorando de entendimiento comercial con la Comisión Económica Euroasiática conformada por Rusia, Bielorrusia, Kazajistán y Armenia. |
