Synopsis

Pemex, a state-owned Mexico City-based oil and gas distributor, and BlackRock (NYSE:BLK), a New York-based asset manager, announced the signing of a memorandum of understanding (MoU) in press releases published by both companies on 1 June, 2015.

The MoU is intended to speed up the development and financing of strategic energy infrastructure projects for Pemex.

The memorandum was signed by Pemex CFO, Mario Beauregard, and BlackRock Infrastructure Global Head, Jim Barry.

Pemex, petrolera estatal con sede en México D.F., y BlackRock (NYSE:BLK), administrador de activos con sede en New York, han anunciado la firma de un memorándum de entendimiento (MoU) en comunicados de prensa publicados por ambas empresas el 1 de junio de 2015.

El MoU tiene como objetivo acelerar el desarrollo y financiamiento de proyectos de infraestructura energética estratégicos para Pemex.

El memorándum fue firmado por el CFO de Pemex, Mario Beauregard, y el director global de BlackRock Infrastructure, Jim Barry.
