Pawa Dominicana, aerolínea con sede en Santo Domingo, República Dominicana, ha entrado en el mercado estadounidense con el lanzamiento de su primer vuelo a Miami, Florida, ha publicado El Nuevo Diario el 16 de noviembre de 2016, citando al presidente de Pawa Dominicana, Simeón García. En concreto, Pawa operará dos vuelos diarios entre Santo Domingo y Miami. García ha señalado que el próximo destino de la aerolínea en Estados Unidos es Nueva York.
