Parques Reunidos could go public in May, as published by newspaper Expansión on 16 March 2016, based on market sources. Arle Capital, a private equity fund and owner of leisure facilities, hired Morgan Stanley (NYSE: MS) and Deutsche Bank (FWB: DBK; NYSE: DB) to carry out the project. Their role is to make initial contacts with key international investors to present the company and its perspectives, and to assess price range these would be willing to offer to acquire shares in the IPO. Market estimates valued the company's share capital at approximately EUR 1.4bn and its debt at EUR 650m.

Parques Reunidos podría estar preparando su salida a Bolsa para el mes de mayo, según ha publicado el diario Expansión el 16 de marzo de 2016, basándose en fuentes del mercado. Arle Capital, el fondo de private equity propietario del operador de instalaciones de ocio, ha seleccionado a Morgan Stanley (NYSE: MS) y Deutsche Bank (FWB: DBK; NYSE: DB) para sacar adelante el proyecto. Su cometido en estos momentos es mantener contactos iniciales con inversores internacionales clave para explicarles la compañía y sus perspectivas, y tantear la banda de precios a la que estarían dispuestos a realizar ofertas para comprar acciones en la OPV. Las estimaciones del mercado tasan en alrededor de EUR 1.400m el capital de la compañía y en EUR 650m la deuda. |
