Paranapanema (BVMF: PMAM3), a Bahia-based producer of semi-finished rolled copper, bars, pipes, fittings and copper alloys, is evaluating raising capital from its existing shareholders in the amount of up to BRL 450m, announced the company in a filing published on 14 September 2016. The fundraising can be done through public or private issuance of securities, and which may or may not involve a company's capital increase, the report noted.

A Paranapanema (BVMF: PMAM3), empresa com sede na Bahia que atua como produtora de semi-elaborados de cobre laminados, barras, tubos, conexões e ligas de cobre, estuda captar recursos com seus principais acionistas no montante de até BRL 450m, segundo publicou a empresa em Comunicado no dia 14 de setembro de 2016. De acordo com a notícia, a captação de recursos poderá se dar por meio de emissão pública ou privada de valores mobiliários, e que poderá ou não envolver um aumento de capital da companhia. |
