El presidente de Pampa Energía (BCBA:PAMP; NYSE:PAM), Marcelo Mindlin, se encontraría interesado en buscar compradores para iniciar el proceso de venta de sus acciones de Transportadora de Gas del Sur (TGS) (BCBA:TGSU2), según ha informado El Cronista el 15 de junio de 2016. Mientras avanza en el proceso de unificar los negocios de Pampa Energía con las actividades de Petrobras Argentina (BCBA:PESA), Marcelo Mindlin no ha logrado cerrar la venta de las acciones que Pampa Energía controla en Transportadora de Gas del Sur (TGS). Debido a la imposibilidad de tomar el control total de la transportadora y a falta de acuerdos con otros accionistas particulares, Mindlin ha llegado a tener que desprenderse de sus acciones. En ese sentido, el accionista ofrecerá nuevamente al mercado el 25% que posee en la transportadora de gas, el cual está valorado en USD 250m. |
