Otto Group, a German fashion company, has put Spain-based Alba Moda up for sale, as published by Modaes.es on 8 February 2016. For this sale, the German group could be negotiating with Germany-based Kingel, engaged in online retail, and it is estimated an agreement will be reached on 1 March 2016. The deal value was not disclosed. Otto Group puts Alba Moda up for sale eight months after announcing its intention to sell Becquet, Blancheporte and Venca. (see related intel)

Otto Group, firma alemana de moda, ha puesto a la venta la empresa española Alba Moda, según ha comunicado el portal Moda.es en una noticia el 8 de febrero de 2016. Para la venta de Alba Moda, el grupo alemán podría estar ultimando negociaciones con la compañía también alemana de venta por intenet Kingel y se espera firmar el acuerdo el 1 de marzo. El importe de la operación aún no ha trascendido. La empresa pone a la venta a Alba Moda, ocho meses después de anunciar su intención de desprenderse de Becquet, Blancheporte y Venca.
