Orange España's CEO, Jean Marc Vignolles, announced the company is considering possible going public on Spain's Stock Exchange, as published by Europa Press on 2 September 2015. The interest was produced after the acquisition made by Orange (Euronext Paris: ORA; NYSE: ORA) of Jazztel Group, which meant a payment of approximately EUR 3.40bn. (see related transactions)

El consejero delegado de la empresa Orange España, Jean Marc Vignolles, ha anunciado que la compañía está analizando una potencial a Bolsa en España, según ha comunicado Europa Press en una información del 2 de septiembre de 2015. El interés en la operación se produce tras la adquisición por parte de Orange (Euronext Paris: ORA; NYSE: ORA) de Jazztel Group, que supuso un desembolso de aproximadamente EUR 3.397,81m (ver transacciones relacionadas). |
