Orange España decided to change its Board of Directors and appointed Gervais Pellissier as its new Chairman, as reported by the company through a press release on 1 March 2016. Orange España renewed its Board after the acquisition of Jazztel by Orange (Euronext Paris: ORA; BIt: ORA; NYSE: ORAN). During the Board Meeting, Luis Alberto Salazar-Simpson and Jorge Calvet, resigned, although the Board decided to appoint Luis Alberto Salazar-Simpson as honorary president.

Orange España ha decidido renovar su consejo de administración y ha nombrado a Gervais Pellissier como nuevo presidente del consejo, según ha informado la compañía en una nota de prensa el 1 de marzo de 2016. Orange España ha renovado su consejo de administración tras la adquisición de Jazztel por parte de Orange (Euronext Paris: ORA; BIt: ORA; NYSE: ORAN). Durante la reunión del consejo, Luis Alberto Salazar-Simpson y Jorge Calvet, han presentado su dimisión, aunque el órgano ha decidido nombrar a Luis Alberto Salazar-Simpson presidente de honor del mismo. |
