Only-apartments (BME: ONL), a Spain-based apartment rental company, announced the opening of an office in New York, through a relevant fact published on 14 May 2015. Only-apartments opened its first office in Miami, over a year ago, with in excess of 30,000 apartments and 2,000 destinations. In addition, over the last 6 months the number of properties under management in the US increased by 65%. From its office in Miami, the company will try to expand to markets such as Florida and Central America.

La empresa española de alquiler de apartamentos por Internet Only-apartments (BME: ONL) ha anunciado la apertura de una nueva oficina en la ciudad estadounidense de Nueva York, según ha anunciado la compañía en un hecho relevante publicado el día 14 de mayo de 2015. Only-apartments abrió hace menos de un año su primera oficina en Miami y ya cuenta con más de 30.000 apartamentos en 2.000 destinos diferentes. Además, en los últimos 6 meses ha aumentado en un 65% el número de propiedades en Estados Unidos. Desde su oficina de Miami, la compañía buscará crecer en nuevos mercados, como Florida y Centroamérica. |
