Synopsis

Órama, a distributor of funds founded three year ago by a group of former partners of brokerage firm Ágora, one of the largest on the market and held today by bank Bradesco, crashed.

One of its founders, Guilherme Horn, could be negotiating the sale of a 20% stake in the company's share capital. He decided to leave after the negotiations to prevent the entrance of a private equity firm's entrance.
