Segundo a notícia, a empresa estaria estudando a venda de diversos ativos para reduzir o seu endividamento. As negociações poderiam envolver imóveis residenciais e comerciais em diversas praças, mas principalmente os situados em São Paulo e no Rio de Janeiro. Entre os ativos estariam terrenos, projetos já licenciados e prontos para lançamento, além de prédios com obras concluídas. |
