Spain-based Neuron Bio (MAB: NEU) is currently negotiating with a new investing partner, which would invest EUR 3m, as reported by the company through a relevant fact on 14 December 2015. The investor's identity was not disclosed. On the other hand, Neuron Bio plans to carry out a capital increase of approximately EUR 1.04 for shareholders, at the rate of one share for every eight current shares with nominal value of EUR 1. The capital increase and the new investor group becoming a partner is part of Neuron Bio's Strategic Plan.

La empresa española Neuron Bio (MAB: NEU) negocia la entrada de un grupo inversor en su accionariado que realice un aporte de capital de EUR3m, según ha hecho público la propia Neuron Bio en un hecho relevante el 14 de de diciembre de 2015. El nombre del grupo inversor no ha sido divulgado. A su vez, Neuron Bio planea realizar una ampliación de capital por un importe aproximado de EUR 1,04 dirigida a sus accionistas, a razón de una acción por cada ocho actuales a su valor nominal de EUR 1. La ampliación de capital y la entrada de un grupo inversor en su accionariado forma parte de un nuevo Plan Estratégico de Neuron Bio. |
