Spanish real estate developer Neinor Homes, results from Lone Star's acquisition of Neinor held by Kutxabank, announced its plans to invest EUR 1,000m in real estate assets in Spain, as reported by newspaper Expansión on 14 May 2015. The objective is to become the largest real estate developer in Spain, with an annual investment of EUR 250m throughout the next four years. Neinor Homes will focus exclusively on housing development in Madrid, Barcelona, Basque Country, Balearic Islands and Andalusia.

La promotora española Neinor Homes, que nace como consecuencia de la adquisición de Neinor a Kutxabank por parte de Lone Star, ha anunciado la intención de invertir EUR 1.000m en activos inmobiliarios en España, según ha informado el diario Expansión el día 14 de mayo de 2015. La empresa tiene como objetivo ser la primera promotora en el país, invirtiendo EUR 250m al año durante los próximos cuatro años. Neinor Homes se centrará exclusivamente en la promoción de viviendas en localidades como Madrid, Barcelona, País Vasco, Baleares y Andalucía. |
