Spanish aeronautical company Nefinsa reappointed its former president, Emilio Serratosa, who was president of the company a few years back. This took place after his son was appointed by Ursa as its new president, as reported by newspaper Expansión on 30 May 2015. Emilio Srratosa continued as board member, these years. This change is part of a recent agreement with US-based fund KKR (NYSE: KKR) to restructure Uralita's debt. This was the reason for his son, Javier Serratosa, being appointed as Ursa's president. In addition, KKR's condition is that Javier Serratosa cannot hold other positions besides being Ursa's president. He was required to break ties with Nefinsa and Uralita.

La empresa aeronáutica española Nefinsa ha vuelto a nombrar como presidente de la compañía al que ya lo fue años atrás, Emilio Serratosa, tras el nombramiento de su hijo como presidente de Ursa, según ha publicado el diario Expansión el 30 de mayo de 2015. Emilio Serratosa continuaba formando parte del consejo. El cambio responde al reciente acuerdo con el fondo estadounidense KKR (NYSE: KKR) para reestructurar la deuda de Uralita. De ahí el nombramiento de su hijo, Javier Serratosa, como presidente de Ursa. Además, la condición por parte de KKR es que Javier Serratosa no puede tener más cargos aparte de su nueva presidente en Ursa, por lo que ha tenido que dejar de vincularse tanto con Nefinsa como con Uralita. |
