Spanish private equity firm Nazca Capital could be finalizing closure procedure in the acquisition of Europastry's retail business. So far, none of the parties confirmed their negotiations, but sources familiar with the transaction said the agreement exists. With this deal, Nazca Capital would enter the bread market and would control bread manufacturers El Molí Vell, SantaGloria and L´Obrador.

La firma de private equity española podría estar ultimando el cierre de la compra del negocio de venta al detalle que está en manos de la compañía alimentaria Europastry. Por el momento, ninguna de las partes ha confirmado la existencia de dichas negociaciones, aunque fuentes conocedoras de la transacción han asegurado que ya existe un acuerdo. Con esta compra, Nazca Capital entraría en el negocio del pan y se haría con el control de las marcas de panaderías El Molí Vell, SantaGloria y L´Obrador. |
