Spain-based Naturhouse could acquire companies before launching an IPO, which was scheduled for the end of 2014 (see related radar). It might only be carried in the first quarter of 2015.

Specifically, Naturhouse could acquire a US-based food supplement manufacturer which would enhance its future expansion in Latin America. Acquiring an American company would imply returning to the US market, left in 2007 since it lacked a structure in the country, making it difficult to obtain profitability.

La empresa española Naturhouse podría realizar adquisiciones de empresas antes de su salida a Bolsa, que aunque estaba prevista para finales de 2014 (ver radar relacionado) ha terminado por demorarse hasta al menos el primer trimestre de 2015.

En concreto, Naturhouse podría adquirir alguna empresa norteamericana dedicada a a la producción de suplementos nutricionales, lo que le facilitaría su posterior expansión a mercados de Latinoamérica. La adquisición de una empresa norteamericana supondría regresar al mercado estadounidense, de donde salió en 2007 por no tener una estructura propia en el país, lo que dificultaba la obtención de rentabilidad.
