Muscari Property, empresa holandesa dedicada a la gestión de activos inmobiliarios, podría ejecutar la opción de compra sobre la Torre Foster, también conocida como Torre Cepsa, propiedad de la entidad española Bankia (BME: BKIA), según ha informado Cinco Días el 27 de septiembre de 2016, basándose en fuentes conocedoras de la operación. Según dichas fuentes, Muscari Property podría ejercer la opción de compra a través de un crédito de EUR 400m concedido por Bankinter (BME: BKT), con el objetivo posterior de vender el inmueble a Pontegadea, inmobiliaria española propiedad de Amancio Ortega. |
