A gigante de biotecnologia contratou o banco Morgan Stanley para procurar um sócio financeiro. A ideia é vender uma participação minoritária no negócio, que foi adquirido em novembro de 2008 da Votorantim Novos Negócios, por BRL 616m. A Monsanto adquiriu a CanaVialis em novembro de 2008. |
