O Estado de Minas Gerais estuda adquirir uma fábrica de fertilizantes nitrogenados que pertence à empresa petrolífera brasileira Petrobras (BVMF:PTR3, PETR4, PBRA; BMAD:XPBR, XPBRA; NYSE:PBR, PBRA), segundo publicou o Valor Econômico em 15 de outubro de 2015. A Petrobras vem negociando a venda de ativos no setor de fertilizantes desde o mês passado (ver Intel relacionado). O Estado de Minas Gerais junto com um sócio privado estaria discutindo com os bancos um modelos de negócios que viabilize uma eventual aquisição do projeto, de acordo com a notícia. A fábrica de fertilizantes nitrogenados, que estava em processo de construção, tem 30% da parte física concluída. |
