Holding MO, which groups Brazilian investors, acquired a 53% stake in Micelli, a company focuse on occupational medicine, and in Meridiano, an outpatient management company. These assets will be combined. With this association between Micellin, a market leader, and Meridiano, the new company will consolidate its position in its sector, through acquisitions and organic growth, as stated by Carlos Fagundes, one of the holding's investors. For now, the two companies will operate with different CNPJs (Brazilian National Register of Corporate Taxpayers).

A holding MO, que agrupa sete investidores brasileiros, adquiriu 53% das companhias Micelli, especializada em medicina ocupacional, e da Meridiano, de gestão ambulatorial de empresas, que terão seus ativos combinados. A associação entre a Micelli, que já é líder de mercado, e a Meridional vai permitir que essa nova empresa, a ser criada pela associação entre ambas empresas, torne-se uma consolidadora no setor, por meio de aquisições e crescimento orgânico, afirmou um investidor da holding, Carlos Fagundes. Por enquanto, as duas empresas vão operar com CNPJs diferentes. |
