Mexico's Supreme Court of Justice ordered the sale of some of the shares held by Grupo México (BMV:GMEXICO) in Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacífico (BMV:GAP), announced GAP in a filing published by the Mexican Stock Exchange on 18 February, 2016. Specifically, Mexico City's high court of justice ruled in favour of the verdict which orders Grupo México and its subsidiary Infraestructura y Transportes México to sell all Series B shares that surpass 10% of GAP's equity (see related intel). At the same time, the ruling states the transaction must be carried out through a Public Takeover Offer (PTO).

La Suprema Corte de Justicia de México ha declarado la orden de venta de algunas de las acciones que tiene Grupo México (BMV:GMEXICO) en el Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacífico (BMV:GAP), según ha informado GAP en un hecho relevante remitido a la Bolsa Mexicana de Valores el 18 de febrero de 2016. En concreto, la resolución dictada por el Tribunal Superior de Justicia de la Ciudad de México ha apelado de acuerdo al fallo que ordena a Grupo México y a su filial Infraestructura y Transportes México la venta de las acciones de Serie B que rebasen el 10% del capital social de GAP.
