Governments of Mexico and Argentina signed an agreement to avoid double taxation, as published by newspaper Cronista on 11 November 2015. The Federal Administrator of Public Revenues of Argentina, Ricardo Echegaray, and the Ambassador of Mexico in Argentina, Fernando Castro Trenti, presented a tax treaty to more than 30 entrepreneurs who could invest in both countries. The document, to be ratified by the two parliaments, establishes guidelines to avoid double taxation, the automatic exchange of bank information and a special clause to ensure balanced taxation on investments in hydrocarbon exploitation.

Los gobiernos de México y Argentina han firmado un acuerdo para evitar la doble tributación, según ha publicado el diario Cronista el 11 de noviembre de 2015. El administrador federal de Ingresos Públicos de Argentina, Ricardo Echegaray, y el embajador de México en Argentina, Fernando Castro Trenti, han presentado el acuerdo fiscal a más de 30 empresarios que podrían invertir en ambos países. El documento, que sería ratificado por los dos parlamentos, establece las pautas para evitar la doble tributación, el intercambio automático de información bancaria y una cláusula especial para asegurar una tributación equilibrada en las inversiones de explotación de hidrocarburos. |
