Merz, a Frankfurt, Germany-based pharmaceutical laboratory operator, plans to continue expanding through Latin America, to Peru, Venezuela, Panama, Guatemala, El Salvador, and Ecuador, reported El Comercio on 6 November, 2015, citing Merz general manager for Colombia, Ricardo Castiblanco.

Castiblanco noted the company wants to expand in the coming years to those Latin American markets, where it already distributes its products.

In the region, Merz already has a center of operations based in Bogota, Colombia, to which Argentina, Brazil, Chile, and Mexico report their activities.

Merz, gestora de laboratorios farmacécuticos con sede en Frankfurt, Alemania, planea continuar su expansión por Latinoamérica, hacia Perú, Venezuela, Panamá, Guatemala, El Salvador y Ecuador, ha publicado El Comercio el 6 de noviembre de 2015, citando al gerente general de Merz para Colombia, Ricardo Castiblanco.

Castiblanco ha señalado que la empresa quiere expandirse en los próximos años a esos mercados latinoamericanos, donde ya distribuye sus productos.

En la región, Merz ya cuenta con un centro de operaciones en Bogotá, Colombia, al que reportan sus actividades Argentina, Brasil, Chile y México.
