Spain-based Merlin Properties announced it is studying possible investments worth EUR 1.95bn. From this total, EUR 170m will be for EUR 170m deals on an exclusive basis or on due diligence phase, while the rest will be for deals under analysis. One of these transactions, for which the company has submitted a non-binding proposal, is the acquisition of a stake in Testa, real estate company controlled by Sacyr.

La compañía española Merlin Properties ha anunciado que está estudiando potenciales inversiones por importe de EUR 1.950m. De este importe total, aproximadamente EUR 170m corresponde a operaciones analizadas en régimen de exclusividad o en fase de due diligence, mientras que el resto corresponde a operaciones en fase de análisis. Una de las operaciones, para la que ya se ha presentado una propuesta no vinculante, es la entrada en el accionariado de Testa, empresa inmobiliaria controlada por Sacyr. |
