Spanish hotel chain Meliá Hotels (BME: MEL) continues its expansion and has recently entered Persian Gulf market with a hotel in Doha and another one in Dubai, as reported by newspaper Expansión on 7 May 2015. Doha ME hotel will be a five-star hotel with 235 rooms, and inauguration scheduled for 2017. This project has been driven by Al-Baker Group. The hotel chain also signed an agreement to manage another establishment in Dubai, Meliá Downtown Residences Dubai, comprising 258 luxurious rooms, and the opening is planned for 2018. Iconic Developments is developing the real estate division of Grupo RTC.

La cadena hotelera española Meliá Hotels (BME: MEL) ha continuado con su expansión y ha entrado en el Golfo Pérsico, con un hotel en Doha y otro en Dubai, según ha informado el diario Expansión el día 7 de mayo de 2015. El hotel ME Doha será un hotel de cinco estrellas y contará con 235 habitaciones, siendo previsto inaugurarse para el año 2017. Este proyecto ha sido impulsado por el Grupo Al-Baker. La cadena también ha firmado la gestión de otro establecimiento en Dubai, el Meliá Downtown Residences Dubai, compuesto por 258 habitaciones de lujo y cuya apertura está prevista en 2018. Está siendo desarrollado por Iconic Developments, la división inmobiliaria del Grupo RTC. |
