Magazine Luiza's president, Luiza Trajano, said that their organic expansion strategy for 2015 includes the acquisition of closed stores or operational units of small networks, in which it is possible to acquire only the physical space. There are opportunities to acquire 10 to 15 stores. The company will not acquire the network, only the outlet. HRT should not increase the invested amount, next year, keeping it between BRL 140m and BRL 150m. The plan is to open 40 to 50 stores next year, on top of the 23 outlets opened this year, said Marcelo Silva, company's CEO, in a meeting with analysts.

A diretora presidente do Magazine Luiza, Luiza Trajano, disse que parte de estratégia de expansão orgânica para 2015 será pela aquisição de pontos de lojas já fechadas ou unidades em operação de pequenas redes, em que a empresa pode adquirir apenas o espaço físico. Existem oportunidades para comprar 10, 15 lojas. A empresa não vai adquirir a rede, mas o ponto. A empresa não deve ampliar a soma investida no próximo ano, mantendo o patamar de BRL 140m a BRL 150m. O plano é abrir de 40 a 50 lojas no próximo ano, acima dos 23 pontos inaugurados neste ano, afirmou o diretor superintendente, Marcelo Silva, em reunião com analistas. |
