Singapour-based MGM Muthu Hotels signed an agreement with Grupo Gaviota to open a hotel in Cuba in late 2016 or early 2017, reported Hoteltur on 15 September, 2015.

The company plans to open sale offices in Cuba, the Dominican Republic, Mexico, London, Madrid, Germany, Scandinavia, Albufeira, and Singapour.

The hotel chain wants to open 30 hotels in a five-year period. Currently, the chain has three hotels in Spain and five in Portugal. It also expects to open a third establishment in the UK.

El grupo MGM Muthu Hotels, con sede en Singapur, ha firmado un acuerdo con el grupo Gaviota para abrir un hotel en Cuba a finales de 2016 o comienzos de 2017, según ha publicado el diario Hoteltur el 15 de septiembre de 2015.

La empresa tiene prevista la apertura de oficinas de ventas en Cuba, República Domincana, México, Londres, Madrid, Alemania, Escandinavia, Albufeira y Singapur.

La cadena hotelera quiere llegar a los 30 hoteles en cinco años. Actualmente la cadena tiene tres hoteles en España, cinco en Portugal mientras que en Reino Unido tiene previsto firmar su tercer establecimiento.
