Lladro, a Spain-based luxury porcelain company, announced it is finalizing the sale of 100% of the shares of the company the Boletín Oficial del Registro Mercantil (BORME) on 2 December 2016. A vote will take place on 5 January at an extraordinary shareholders' assembly convened by Sodigei, Lladro's parent company, where it could specify the identity of the buyer and the deal value. Currently, Juan Lladró's family controls 70% of the company, while the other two founding brothers each hold a 15% stake. In 2015, the company had a turnover of EUR 34.9m.

Lladró, firma española de porcelana de lujo, ultima la venta del 100% de las acciones de la empresa, según ha informado la propia compañía en el Boletín Oficial del Registro Mercantil (BORME) el 2 de diciembre de 2016. La votación se realizará el 5 de enero en una junta general extraordinaria convocada por Sodigei, matriz de la compañía, donde se podría concretar la identidad y cuantía de un posible comprador. Actualmente, la familia de Juan Lladró controla el 70% de las acciones de la empresa frente al 15% de cada uno de los otros dos hermanos fundadores. En 2015 la firma tuvo una facturación de EUR 34,9m. |
