Larraín Vial Activos, a Santiago, Chile-based general fund manager, announced the appointment of Soledad Almarza as acting CEO in a filing published by regulator Superintendencia de Valores y Seguros on 28 August, 2015. Almarza will replace Francisco Opazo. The board also appointed Sebastián Cereceda as board member, in replacement of Jorge Verdejo, who submitted his resignation. The changes were made in a board meeting held on 27 August.

Larraín Vial Activos, administradora general de fondos chilena, ha anunciado la designación de Soledad Almarza como gerente general subrogante en un hecho relevante publicado por la Superintendencia de Valores y Seguros el 28 de agosto de 2015. Almarza reemplazará a Francisco Opazo. El directorio también ha designado a Sebastián Cereceda como director, reemplazando a Jorge Verdejo, que ha presentado su renuncia. Los cambios se han hecho en sesión de directorio el 27 de agosto. |
