Laboratorios Richmond (BCBA:LRC1O), firma farmacéutica con sede en Argentina, ha manifestado interés en adquirir una participación accionaria de su par colombiana Expofarma, según ha informado Richmond en un hecho relevante remitido a la Comisión Nacional de Valores de Buenos Aires el 2 de mayo de 2016. En concreto, Richmond ha puesto en conocimiento que el directorio de la sociedad ha aprobado iniciar negociaciones comerciales a fin de adquirir una participación accionaria en la empresa Expofarma, la cual ha sido constituida en Colombia y cuenta con experiencias en la elaboración, comercialización y distribución de productos farmacéuticos y farmacológicos, tanto a nivel local como regional. |
