La operadora mexicana de telecomunicaciones América Móvil ha decidido romper el acuerdo que mantenía con su homóloga holandesa KPN por el cual se comprometía a no incrementar su participación en la compañía por encima del 30%, según anunció la empresa europea en un comunicado. Esta decisión se produce una semana después de que el consejo de la española Telefónica anunciara la compra de la filial alemana de KPN, E-Plus, por EUR 4.140m , operación sobre la que América Móvil aún no se ha pronunciado. |
