La Araucana C.C.A.F, a Santiago, Chile-based social services provider, announced the appointment of Gerardo Schlotfeldt Leighton as CEO in a filing published by regulator Superintendencia de Valores y Seguros on 24 January 2017. Starting 1 February, Schlotfeldt will replace Roberto Rivas Carrillo, who submitted his resignation, effective starting 31 January. Rivas will stay connected to the company as board advisor.

La Araucana C.C.A.F, empresa chilena de servicios sociales, ha anunciado la designación de Gerardo Schlotfeldt Leighton como gerente general en un hecho relevante publicado por la Superintendencia de Valores y Seguros el 24 de enero de 2017. A partir del 1 de febrero, Schlotfeldt reemplazará a Roberto Rivas Carrillo, que ha presentado su renuncia, efectiva a partir del 31 de enero. Rivas permanecerá vinculado a la empresa como asesor del directorio. |
