Jaime Perinat and Alberto García Osa have resigned from Banco Santander (BME: SAN) to create a consultancy and property management firm that will focus on the real estate sector, as reported by Funds Society on 12 August 2015. The new company will begin its activities in September. It will focus on Europe and mainly Spain, although it will work with Latin American investors interested in Spain, and will not rule out future collaboration in other markets such as United States.

Jaime Perinat y Alberto García Osa han dimitido en Banco Santander (BME: SAN) para llevar a cabo un proyecto profesional propio, consistente en la creación de una empresa de asesoramiento y gestión centrada en el sector de inversiones en real estate, según ha reportado Funds Society el 12 de agosto de 2015. La nueva compañía, que arrancará en septiembre, tendrá su foco Europa y especialmente en España, aunque trabajará con inversores de Latinoamérica interesados en el país, y no descarta colaboraciones futuras para abarcar mercados más lejanos, como Estados Unidos. |
