Spain-based Isolux Corsán and Canada-based PSP Investments will divide Isolux Infrastructure's assets, which could be valued at USD 2.1bn, as reported by newspaper Expansión in an article published on 29 may 2015. The companies may have decided to to settle their liquidation contract of Isolux Infrastructure, which is controlled by Isolux Corsán with 80.7%, and by PSP Investments with 19.3% of the capital. Thus, PSP Investments could retain the toll road business of Isolux Infrastructure, while Isolux Corsán could retain the energy business. Moreover, Isolux Corsán, which refused to comment, may have received proposals for the energy assets

La compañía española Isolux Corsán y la canadiense PSP Investments se repartirán los activos de la empresa Isolux Infrastructure, que podrían tener un valor cercano a los USD 2.100m, según ha comunicado el diario Expansión en una información del 29 de mayo de 2015. Las compañías habrían decidido liquidar su contrato de liquidación formalizado en Isolux Infrastructure, que está participada en un 80,7% por Isolux Corsán y en un 19,3% por PSP Investments. De este modo, PSP Investments podría quedarse con el negocio de autopistas de Isolux Infrastructure, mientras que el grupo español mantendría la actividad energética. Además, Isolux Corsán, que no ha querido pronunciarse acerca de la operación, podría haber recibido propuestas por los citados activos energéticos |
