Spain-based Bo Venture Capital Management announced the creation of a new investment fund named Victoria Venture Capital, which should carry out investments valued at EUR 5m, as reported by Asociación de Capital Riesgo (ASCRI) on 14 May 2015. Victoria's promoters and managers will be Abel Conill and Patrícia Layola, partners of BO Venture Capital Management. The fund will manage EUR 5m, with the possibility of raising it up to EUR 15m. Abel Conil says the new fund has covered 30% of the estimated EUR 5m, and expects new investors in the coming months. The fund plans to invest, in the next three years, mainly in clean technology (water treatment, smart cities, renewable, recycling) and industrial (transversely: technologies, processes, materials ...).

La gestora española Bo Venture Capital Management ha anunciado la creación de un fondo de inversión llamado Victoria Venture Capital, con el cual tiene previsto llevar a cabo inversiones por valor de EUR 5m, según ha informado la Asociación de Capital Riesgo (ASCRI) el día 14 de mayo de 2015. Los promotores y gestores de Victoria son Abel Conill y Patrícia Layola, socios de BO Venture Capital Management. El fondo prevé disponer de EUR 5m, con posibilidad de movilizar hasta EUR 15m. Abel Conil explica que el nuevo fondo ha cubierto ya el 30% de los EUR 5m previstos, y en los próximos meses contempla incorporar nuevos inversores. El fondo prevé invertir en los próximos tres años principalmente en los sectores de tecnologías limpias (tratamiento de aguas, smart cities, renovables, reciclajes) e industrial (de forma transversal: tecnologías, procesos, materiales...). |
