Spain-based Inversiones Norcen and Belgiu-based DFC Group, majority shareholders of Spain-based NPG, will sell its stakes the company's share capital to a financial group and an industrial group. The deal value was not disclosed, as reported by the company through a relevant fact published by Alternative Market MAB on 16 October 2015. Inversiones Norcen, with a 34.3% stake in NPG, and DPG Group, with 35.7%, will carry out a share swap, which will represent a dilution of their stake in the company's share capital. The financial group will hold 30% of the capital, and the industrial group 20%.

La empresa española Inversiones Norcen y la belga DFC Group, accionistas mayoritarios de la española NPG, venderán parte de sus participaciones en la compañía a un grupo financiero y a un grupo industrial cuya identidad no ha trascendido, según ha señalado la propia compañía en un hecho relevante remitido al Mercado Alternativo Bursátil (MAB) con fecha 16 de octubre de 2015. Inversiones Norcen, con un 34,3% del accionariado de NPG, y DPG Group, con un 35,7%, llevarán a cabo un canje de acciones que culminará con una dilución de sus participaciones y con un 30% de la empresa en manos del grupo financiero y un 20% en manos del grupo industrial. |
